Sabredge It Solutions is committed to providing the best services to our clients. In the event of any issues related to payments, delivery of services, or client satisfaction, we offer the following refund policy.
We offer refunds based on the following criteria:
Duplicate Charge: If you have been charged twice for the same service or product due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
Failure to Fulfill Special Design Requirements: If we fail to meet your special design requirements as agreed upon, you are eligible for a refund.
Non-Completion of Design Order: If we are unable to complete your design order within the scope of our delivery policy, we will refund your complete design order amount.
Our refund process is as follows:
If a refund request is made within 48 hours, you are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
If a refund request is made between 48-120 hours, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery. However, we value customer satisfaction, and you are encouraged to contact us in case of concerns.
If a client fails to provide project details and requirements within 21 days, the amount paid becomes non-refundable.
In the event that you need to cancel a project or service with us, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process. Please note that cancellation may be subject to certain terms and conditions, and any applicable fees associated with the cancellation will be communicated to you at the time of the request.
To claim your refund, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

We will attempt to resolve your concern through our revision policy immediately, or we will process a refund and notify you of its approval from our refund department.
After the refund is processed, Sabredge It Solutions will obtain the design rights, and you will not have the right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in the same.
